the L+F method - a guided mentorship journey
A one-on-one journey designed around you. You bring your aspirations, questions, or restlessness. I bring lived experience, strategic insight, and structure to help you move forward.

“uddhared ātmanātmānaṁ nātmānam avasādayet |
ātmaiva hy ātmano bandhur ātmaiva ripur ātmanaḥ”
“One should lift oneself by oneself; one should not degrade oneself.
For the self alone is the friend of oneself, and the self alone is the enemy of oneself.”
— Bhagavad Gītā 6.5
You are responsible for your own elevation or downfall. No external person, event, or circumstance can define you. Your mind, depending on how you guide it, can either be your greatest ally or your worst saboteur.
I meet you where you are.
Maybe all you have is a strong sense that something needs to change, but don’t know where to start — we will begin at Step 1. Or perhaps you already have a strong sense of self and have done the work to overcome internal barriers — we may begin directly with Step 3.
The Discovery Call will help curate the mentorship journey that best serves where you are right now.
I will then design a proposal - including suggested 1-1 sessions and pricing - to see if working together will be of value to your journey.
Step 1
Reconnect with Your True Self
Svarūpa-smṛti
Remembrance of one’s true nature
Good place to start if: You feel stuck, restless, or disconnected. You sense a need for change in career, personal or a broader hard to name way, but unsure where to begin.
What we do: Reflective dialogue to translate what feels blurry into something tangible (challenge to overcome, aspiration to achieve) and surface what matters most to define your true nature; I share tools that helped me, and support you in finding your own path inward.
What you walk away with: A strong sense of your ideal self; North Star to anchor you into Steps 2 and 3.
Step 2
Unpack What’s in Your Way
Citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ
Stilling the fluctuations of the mind
Good place to start if: You already have a strong sense of self and a clear vision of what needs to change, but something invisible is holding you back.
What we do: Thoughtful questioning and challenge uncovers thought patterns, limiting beliefs and fears preventing you from moving toward your North Star. I share fears and assumptions that roadblocked my own growth, offering perspectives that helped me reclaim agency.
What you walk away with: A strong sense of agency; conviction you have more control over life than you believed
Step 3
Living as Your Ideal Self
Samāhita-cittaḥ
Actions stemming from composed mind
What we do: Identify actionable steps towards your ideal self. May involve tactical support (e.g., CV review, navigating challenging work or personal dynamics). I offer accountability check-ins, space for reflection on what’s working, and support to recalibrate as needed.
Good place to start if: You have a clear North Star and you have done the inner work to overcome limiting patterns. You are looking for tactical support to move into action.
What you walk away with: Actionable plan towards your ideal self; a thought partner as you walk the path.
Together, these steps prepare you to live in Samādhi
Prāṇāyāma, or breath control, is key to stilling any thought distractions, and open ourselves to deeper insights during our 1-1 sessions.
To the extent you are comfortable, I begin and close each session with a short breathing exercise.
